From there, you are ready to get pricing! You will be taken through the process step by step by filling out our simple online form. After placing your order, just sit back, relax, and wait for our certified driver to deliver the dumpster for you on your chosen day. Just keep in mind the delivery truck needs about 60 feet of space to drop off the container. There are five primary sizes for dumpster rentals in Florida: 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40-yard containers. Choosing the right size dumpster for your project is important so that it can not only fit on your property but also contain all of your debris. A 10 yard dumpster is the smallest size available, and is best if you do not have a lot of debris or the space to fit a larger dumpster. A 10 yard dumpster can hold 10 cubic yards of material, about 4 pickup truck loads, typically holds approximately 2 tons of debris.

FL Dumpster Rental Pricing

There are four factors that influence the rental pricing of dumpsters in Florida: location, size, debris type, and weight of debris. Depending on which county you are located in Florida, disposal rates will be different. After you select the service location, select the types of material you want to dispose of, such as household items and common construction debris. Because we bring different types of waste to different local facilities, disposal costs can vary.

If you are disposing of materials like household items, the rule of maximum weight limit applies. You can fill your chosen dumpster up to that limit all for one flat rate. If the actual weight exceeds the limit, you'll just have to pay the overweight fee, proportional to the exact overage weight. On the other hand, if you are disposing of concrete and yard waste, you may be able to enjoy our special flat rate pricing based on the dumpster size you select.

Florida Specialty Dumpster Rentals

If you have a large amount of concrete, such as more than 3 yards, or other heavy aggregates such as asphalt or brick, it is cheaper to order a dumpster specifically for it. This is because construction dumpster rentals usually have weight limits for general construction waste. Mixing heavy concrete with other materials in one dumpster will quickly exceed the weight limit and cost you extra money.
