Steps for Placing An Order

Weight Limit Selection

Most dumpster rentals come with an included weight limit: this is how much weight you can put into the dumpster at a discounted disposal rate. You can add more weight during the ordering process if you already know you will be going over the limit. If you still go over the weight limit, you will be charged for the extra weight at the standard and pro-rated disposal weight disclosed before ordering. We are transparent about our pricing: any weight overage will be fairly priced and backed by a copy of the official dump ticket.

Rental Duration Selection

Every dumpster rental comes with a complimentary rental period, which varies by type of dumpster and service area, and will be fully disclosed while you are placing your order. The County strongly recommends every resident recycle unwanted electronics because it can reduce pollution and save energy.

  • Small kitchen appliances (i.e., microwaves, toaster ovens)

To safely dispose of hazardous waste, residents may bring items to the city's Household Hazardous Waste Facility. They accept materials such as pesticides, pool chemicals, car parts, thermometers, scrap metal, used oil, fertilizer, fluorescent bulbs, fireworks, etc. For used motor oil and/or paint, every resident may bring up to 27 gallons over a 30-day period.
