You do not have to be home for your roll off dumpster delivery, but you will have to let us know where you want us to leave the container. When choosing your desired location, make sure to select a place that has at least 60 feet of clearance space in front of it and has no overhead obstacles like low-hanging wires or trees.

If you would like to be home for the delivery, make sure that you have signed up for delivery alerts in the customer portal. You will receive a notification when the dumpster is on the way with an ETA of the container's arrival.

You do not have to be home for the pick up of the dumpster either, just make sure it is accessible to our roll-off truck. After the dumpster is picked up, it will be transferred to a dumping facility where it will be weighed.

If you are within your weight limit, you're set! If your dumpster went over its weight limit, you will have to pay an overage charge, which will be clearly stated in your final invoice.
