Once you have figured out the size and type of dumpster you'll need to complete your project, you can order your dumpster. Before ordering, you should know a few things like 1) how long you'll need the dumpster, 2) when you want the dumpster dropped off, and 3) where you want the dumpster dropped off. Our bins are delivered via roll-off trucks, which need a clearance space to lower down and drop down the dumpster. A driveway is a good place a lot of customers will place their dumpster, but you can have it placed wherever you want. Just make sure there is at least 60 feet of clearance space in front of your desired drop-off location.

Once you've received your rental, it's time to load it up with your trash! This is a pretty simple process. You can either load it through the door in the rear or over the rim. There are a few things to keep in mind, however. For one, you should make sure to load the dumpster evenly for safety reasons. You should also make sure the dumpster isn't loaded above the rim, as this is a hazard for our drivers and we may not be able to pick it up if it is loaded incorrectly. Lastly, make sure you are only putting the appropriate materials in the bin to avoid any contamination fees.

Once you are done loading your dumpster, please let us know so we can come by and pick it up. If you don't alert us when you are done, we will not come to pick it up and you may incur extra charges for the additional days you have the dumpster in possession. On the other hand, if you need an extension for any reason, that's perfectly fine. Just reach out to us and let us know how long you'd like an extension. You will only have to pay an additional prorated price per extra day.
